A Bed for Izzy, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides financial support to families and individuals in need of safety beds. Our journey began in October 2024, when three Support Coordinators saw the tremendous need for specialized safety beds within the developmental disability community—and an even greater need for financial assistance to help make these beds a reality.

We are motivated by James 2:14-17, which reminds us that true faith is shown through action. This verse inspires us to put our faith into practice by caring for those in need, especially when it comes to providing safe sleep for those who need it most.

After much prayer and countless conversations with families in our community, we knew we had to do something. With overwhelming support from people like you, A Bed for Izzy was created to make a difference in the lives of families facing these challenges.

At A Bed for Izzy, we take a personal approach, helping one family at a time so you can see the direct impact of your generosity. Every donation you make goes toward providing a safe, secure bed for someone in need—because every person deserves a safe place to rest and sleep peacefully.

Thank you for helping us make a difference one bed at a time!
